Puerto Rico is experiencing an public health emergency, like the rest of the world.  The Judicial System its open through video conference and technology to protect the right of our citizens. Our change to virtual justice started in 2018 and just got completed at the begining of March, 2020. The government agencies are not open for business as usual and that reflects directly on the judicial system since we work closely together.
